About

History

The club premisis was originally a 3 story property which was the general village stores and sold everything imaginable. The top 2 floors were removed and the ground floor was converted into the club, with extensions added to the side and rear of the building. The club opened in May 1956.

The clubs trustees are responsible to the Duchy of Cornwall as owners of the property .

Facilities

Today there are facilities to play darts, pool, snooker and football. Regular quizes are often held at the club and it’s a relaxed meeting place and social area. Additionally we operate an outside function bar for a range of events from village shows to weddings.
